| 摘 要： | 针对目前组织实施管理评审中存在的问题,探析了GB／T 24001-2004《环境管理体系要求及使用指南》标准4．6条款的要求,阐述了运用PDCA方法从评审时机、评审议题、评审输入、评审方式和评审输出及评审后行动等各环节控制管理评审的实施要点。

| Abstract: | In view of the existing problems in organizing and implementing the management evaluation and judgment, analyzed are the requirements of the item 4.6 of the standard GB/T 24001-2004 "Environmental Management System, Requirements and Guidance". Expounded are the key links that control the implementation of management evaluation by way of PDCA such as the evaluation opportunity, issue, input, method and output as well as the post-evaluation action. |
