| Abstract: | The new economic increasing point is a very important concept that is used generally in economics. From the standpoint of different scholars, they focus on this concept and discuss it. This article give a comprehensive summarize which includes the essence and the feature of economic increasing point; choosing the evaluating standard, the fostered realistic method in order to provide a reference for further research. |
