| 摘 要： | 通过对直缝焊管生产中存在问题的综合分析 ,设计出一种新的孔型结构 ,即 W孔型。对 W孔型的合理设计 ,使 W孔型能很好地与不同孔型设计方法配合使用 ,从而克服了成型过程中出现的边缘波浪变形 ,提高了焊管质量。经实践证明 :W孔型结构合理 ,成型稳定 ,焊管质量高。

| Abstract: | A new structure of pass W pass is designed on the basis of a comprehensive analysis of the problem in welding tube production.The W pass can be used in different passes to overcome an edge wave in the production,the quality of tube improved. The practice verifies that W pass has the rational structure, high welding seam quality and steady shaping. |
