| 摘 要： | 本文用经济发展水平较快、开放程度较高的沿海省份广东省企业，与经济发展水平相对较慢，相对闭塞落后的西部省份甘肃企业进行比较，通过对两地典型的上市企业相关财务指标的对比分析，发现了筹资风险具有区域性特征，并对筹资风险区域性差异形成的原因进行了分析。

| Abstract: | This paper compares the firms of Hainan and Guangdong,which has high economical level and open degree,to that of western province of Gansu.Such comparison is to find out financing risk own regional characteristic through comparing the financing index of public firms in both places,and analyzes the cause of forming regional differences of financing risk. |
