| 摘 要： | 中国加入WTO后农业主要是结构性而非总体性产业受到冲击。食品安全已演变成“中国威胁论”的道具。农产品出口的主要障碍是技术性贸易壁垒。必须调整和改革我国农业国内支持政策，完善农产品原产地保护的地理标志制度。正确对待符合WTO规则的贸易障碍，构建进出口农产品检验检疫的新体制。

| Abstract: | After entering WTO, China got the impact on the agriculture at the structure level, but not totally. Food security has become the tool of ＂China threat theory＂. The mainly barrier of farm products export is technical trading barrier. It must be done to adjust and reform the national policy on agriculture, to perfect the symbol institution of original producing area protection, to meet correctly the reasonable trade barrier of WTO regulation, and to build the new system of checking and quarantining of farm produce. |
