论教育考试作弊及其防治

作弊是对教育考试的蓄意挑战，严重地威胁着教育考试公正。然而在对教育考试作弊的看法上存在着偏差。要有效地惩治作弊，首先必须认定作弊即作恶，进而弄清当前作弊日趋严重的主要原因，并在此基础上采取相应的对策和措施。本文主要针对人们对教育考试作弊的同情态度讨论作弊的邪恶本质及其对教育考试公正的破坏性、教育考试作弊的基本形式及新趋势和对其进行综合惩治的基本思路。

On Cheating in Education Examination and the Prevention

Cheating is a deliberate challenge to the education examinations, and a serious threat to its fairness. However, there is a deviation in the view of cheating in education examinations. In order to effectively punish and control cheating, we must firstly recognize that cheating is as good as doing evil, and then ascertain the main reason for the current increasingly serious problem of cheating, and thus take corresponding countermeasures and carry＂ out comprehensive rectification. Aimed at people＇s sympathetic attitude towards cheating in education examinations, this paper mainly discusses the evil nature of cheating and its damage to the justice of examination educations, the basic forms of cheating in education examinations and its new trend, and the basic ideas for the comprehensive punishment and controlling on it.
