| 摘 要： | 我国银行业监管正在实现历史性跨越:监管理论由盲目模仿走向务实创新,监管制度由零散粗浅走向系统全面,监管治理由"单向约束"走向"双向约束",监管手段由简单粗放走向精细量化,监管效率由边际模糊走向积极凸显,监管地位从默默无闻走向权威积极。银行监管至少将朝着以下四个方向发展:宏观调控的强化促使银行监管重点从单体风险向系统风险方向发展,金融结构的演变促使银行监管体制由分业向综合化方向发展,资本市场的向好促使银行监管手段由传统粗放向专业精细化方向发展,对外开放的影响促使银行监管视角由保障金融安全向保障国家战略安全方向发展。
