论建立适合中国国情的农民工养老保险制度

伴随着我国工业化、城镇化进程的加快，农民工已成为我国现代化建设中的一支重要劳动大军。农民工的社会保障问题，直接关系到我国农村剩余劳动力的顺利转移、农民收入的提高、“三农问题”的解决、我国的工业化和城镇化建设以及社会主义和谐社会目标的实现。关注农民工的社会保障，尤其是养老保障问题，对我国目前正在进行的城乡社会保障制度统筹建设具有重大意叉。

On the Establishment of Migrant Workers Endowment Insurance System Suited to the Actual Situations of China

With the acceleration of China＇s industrialization and urbanization process, migrant workers have become an important workforce in China＇s modernization construction. The social security issue of the migrant workers has a beating on the smooth transferring of China＇s rural surplus labor, and on the raising of the income of farmers, and on the settlement of the issues of agriculture, rural areas and farmers, and on our country＇s industrialization and urbanization construction, and the realization of the goal of a harmonious socialist society. Paying close attention to the migrant workers＇ social security, especial- ly the pension insurance, is of great significance for the coordinated building of the urban and rural social security system which is being carried on.
