Promoting the Efficiency of the Board Governance

The board of directors, either the decision maker of the corporate management and the spokesperson of the capital proprietor, is in the core position in corporate governance. The board governance is related to the benefits of both the company and the shareholder directly. Its main contents are to urge the board of directors to exercise its power more effectively, proceed scientific policy making in order to satisfy the continuous change of the company business and the requirement of the investors. From the three aspects: the board of directors, power and duty, the encouragement mechanism and the operate mechanism, this text is aimed to put forward the suggestions to increase the efficiency of the board governance.
