| 摘 要： | 阐述了高校图书馆个性化服务的概念和内涵以及获取用户信息需求的必要性，着重论述了基于数据挖掘方式获取高校信息用户信息需求的主要方法，并依据挖掘数据对高校信息用户群体以及其信息需求进行了分析，评述了其信息需求的特点。

| Abstract: | This paper explains the concept and connotation of the personal information service and the necessity of collecting customers information needs in university libraries.It introduces the main methods of collecting consumers information needs based on data excavation.On this basis,it discusses information customers of university libraries and their information needs and analyzes the characteristics of the needs. |
