嘉兴市构建低碳产业体系的若干思考

“十二五”时期，提升低碳经济发展水平已经成为嘉兴市的一项重要战略任务，构建低碳产业体系是低碳城市建设的重要组成部分。从低碳产业体系广义角度理解，嘉兴市应做大做强太阳能光伏、光热产业，着力发展清洁能源和再生能源；鼓励新能源汽车发展；发展核电关联产业。从大力发展第三产业、重点抓住工业内部五个主要碳排放行业和着力优化能源结构方面优化产业和能源结构，发展低碳农业、工业、建筑和交通业，构建低碳技术支撑体系。
