嘉兴市碳足迹实证分析

通过嘉兴市2005—2009年碳足迹的调查分析，得知：嘉兴市碳减排形势严峻，2009年人均碳排放量、GDP碳排放强度和工业碳排放强度都高于全省平均水平；虽然自2008年开始，经济持续增长而碳排放总量呈下降趋势，但五县两区的碳足迹差距较大。海盐、秀洲区、海宁和桐乡的碳排放强度较高，南湖区、平湖和嘉善碳排放强度较低。因此必须抓住三次产业中工业这个能耗主体进行节能减排，同时加快发展服务业，实施差异化政策，限制高碳低效产业的规模扩张，大力扶持低碳高效产业的发展壮大。

Empirical Analysis on Carbon Footprint of Jiaxing City
