| 摘 要： | 我国学术期刊的数字化出版主要表现为以印刷版为蓝本出版，以一些大型的数据库为主。虽然中文数字期刊在国内已经有了一定程度的发展，但目前仍存在着对学术期刊数字化认识不足、复合型人才短缺、相关法律滞后、缺乏统一的技术标准、学术期刊单位的网站格局雷同等问题；要加快学术期刊的数字化出版，必须做好数字出版的宣传工作，转变学术期刊出版理念，加大培养数字出版人才的力度，重视期刊网络系统建设，为数字出版创造更便捷的条件，加快学术期刊国际技术标准数字化的建设步伐，制定和完善相关的法律法规。
