本文以深圳组织机构代码数据库中有关数字电视企业办证时所登记的注册信息为基础，按时间序列对深圳数字电视有关企业从增长趋势、经济类型、企业规模和行政区划等诸多方面进行统计分析，在此基础上应用产业链理论和经济模型对深圳数字电视产业发展情况进行深入剖析，据此提出一些问题及解决对策。
