The Barrier and Reform in Law on Foreign Venture Capital |

| Abstract: | The author argues the regulations about foreign venture capital which has taken effect is an important factor,the defects of which have hindered boom. So the author suggests there are many aspects which have to be reformed in the regulations about foreign venture capital, including the limitation of shareholder, the control of management, the choice of fund formation, the preferences in tax, and so on. |
