| 摘 要： | 针对辽宁省新生代农民工城市融入的特点,分析共青团组织开展此项工作的困境,并从组织、引导、服务、维权四个方面提出了共青团组织推进新生代农民工城市融入的治理策略,最终达到促进这个群体真正融入城市社会生活的目的,以体现对他们的人文关怀和尊重。
