扩大新阶层人士有序政治参与的价值、梗阻与路径

扩大新阶层人士有序政治参与有着多维政治价值,其中最根本的在于,它能够促进新阶层人士真正拥护中国特色社会主义政治发展道路。基于调研,文章将当前新阶层人士有序政治参与的梗阻总结为“一、二、三”,即“一个参政主渠道严重受阻、两大错误参政动机日益盛行、三种有瑕疵的参与方式大行其道”。相应的,解决对策可概括为“一、二、三、四”,即“重视一大矛盾、培育两大动机、防范三大瑕疵、建设四大通道”。

Value,Obstruction and the Way of Expanding the Orderly Political Participation of the New Social Stratum

To expand the new classes of orderly political participation of a multi-dimensional political value ,one of the most fundamental is that it can promote the new classes to really support the political development road with Chinese characteristics. In this paper,the current problems are summarized in four aspects. In order to solve the above problems,this paper puts forward four solutions.
