| Abstract: | The decisions on the Party's Fourth Plenary Session of the 16th Central Committee points out strengthening the Party's construction of administration ability must regard the flesh-and-blood connection between the party and the people as the core.Strengthening the Party's construction of administration ability,which should bring the mass route into the party's thought route and regard it as the basic value standard of the work of the party,and promote the system innovation at the request of the mass route. |
