政府支持对包容性创业的影响机制研究——基于揭阳军埔电商创业集群的案例分析

随着互联网与传统产业的不断融合,“淘宝村”已成为推动中国农村经济发展的新兴产业集群模式。基于包容性创业理论视角,以广东揭阳军埔淘宝村为案例,提出了政府支持情境下包容性创业模型,分析和归纳了农村电商包容性创业集群的形成过程和基本路径。研究表明：政府对包容性创业的支持主要体现在四个方面,创造创业条件,提高创业能力,激发创业动机,扶持创业活动。

Research on Mechanism of Government Support on Inclusive Entrepreneurship: Case Study of Jieyang Junpu Rural E-commerce Entrepreneurial Cluster

With the continuous conjugation of Internet and traditional industries, "Taobao Village" has become the patterns of emerging industrial clusters to promote the development of China's rural economy. This paper selects the Junpu Taobao Village in Jieyang City, Guangdong Province as single case for study from the perspective of inclusive entrepreneurship theory, then we put forward the inclusive entrepreneurial model in terms of government support and analyze the forming process and mechanism of the rural e-commerce entrepreneurial cluster. Our result illustrate that there are four aspects of impact that government can exert on the inclusive entrepreneurship: create entrepreneurial conditions, improve entrepreneurial abilities, inspire entrepreneurial motivations and support entrepreneurial activities.
