优势制造业与区域协调发展的耦合研究——珠三角的实证

产业与区域协调发展已经成为贯彻协调发展理念的重要内容之一。文章以珠三角为研究对象，构建优势制造业指数和区域协调指数，并运用系统耦合和协同论的有关原理，进一步构建优势制造业与区域协调发展耦合模型，测算了两者之间的耦合度和协调度。实证研究发现：第一，珠三角地区的优势制造业主要以传统制造业为主，高级化程度较低；第二，城市优势制造业指数变化趋势呈现分异特征，即珠三角核心城市广州、深圳呈现下降趋势，而其他少数几个城市呈现上升趋势。同时，区域协调指数总体上呈现上升趋势；第三，优势制造业与区域协调发展的耦合特征在横向层面表现为高度耦合协调，在时序层面表现为核心城市耦合协调度下降与非核心城市耦合协调度上升并存的格局。

Research on the Coupling of Superior Manufacture and Regional Coordinated Development:Empirical Research to the Pearl River Delta

One of the important content to implement the concept of coordinated development has been the coordinated development between industry and region. Based on the Pearl River Delta, we build the index of superior manufacture and the comprehensive index of regional coordination. Further, we use the principles of system coupling and synergetics, constructing the coupling model and measuring the coupling degree and coordination degree between the superior manufacture and regional coordinated development. The empirical research finds:The superior manufactures are mainly traditional industry in Pearl River Delta, and the upgrading level is low. The changing trend of the index of superior manufacture are different among different cities, the core cities, such as Guangzhou, Shenzhen presented down and some other cities presented up. However, as a whole, the regional coordinated index presented increasing trend. Finally, the coupling between superior manufactures and regional coordination development is high in different cities in Pearl River Delta, but from the view of time, the decreasing in core cities and increasing in non-core cities are exist at the same time.
