天生桥二级水电站4号机低油压事故浅析

摘    要:天生桥二级水电站4号机组于1999年接连二次发生低油压事故,致使机组甩掉22万kW负荷,其原因主要是调速器使用的油质不满足要求,而使调速顺机械部件加快磨损,漏油量增大,使压油装置油泵起动频繁,造成控制接点烧磨严重,在异常情况下而接点被粘住或接触不良所致。后经对压油装置控制回路进行了改造,大大提高了安全供电的可靠性。

Abstract:Two low oil pressure faults continuously happened in the No.4 generating unit of the Tianshengqiao Second cascade Hydropower Station, which caused the generating unit to reject the load of 220 MW. The main reason is that the oil quality for speed governor cannot meet the requirements, resulting in the quick abrasion of mechanical parts of speed governor and increasing the oil seepage so that the oil pump starts frequently and the control contact point wore seriously. After the control circuit of forced oil device was improved, the reliability of safe power supply has been greatly increased.
