| 摘 要： | 本研究在对安徽省化肥流通市场现状调研基础上,发现化肥流通体制上存在问题,得出化肥流通体制改革和完善势在必行;从价格机制市场化、监管政策清晰化、流通主体多元化、流通秩序规范化、网络功能多样化、资源利用循环化六个方面提出改革化肥流通体制的政策建议.
