| Abstract: | Through the construction of supply chain of Chinese professional basketball league, this paper analyzes the specific formation and form of expression of the performance rights of Chinese professional basketball league. At the same time this paper analyzes the final property ownership of the performance rights of Chinese professional basketball league from three aspects of economics, copyright law, the incomplete contract theory. China＇s professional basketball league aims to have an intuitive, comprehensive understanding on the property ownership of the performance rights of Chinese professional basketball league and protect the legal rights of professional basketball players, coaches, and professional basketball club. |
