| Abstract: | The farmer cooperative federation is a typical phenomenon of social economic organization.At present,it is difficult for foreign experience to effectively explain the practical logic of the cooperative federation in the context of China,and there is a relative lack of systematic theoretical explanation in domestic research.In this paper,a new analytical framework of organizational behavior(SAGP model:Situation-Actor-Governance-Performance)is put forward innovatively,and a systematic theoretical explanation is given to the formation and development of Tai lianjiu cooperative federation.This paper points out that the function logic behind the formation and development of the federation lies in the production scale,business industry chain and development innovation,and the operation logic lies in the cooperation mechanism of basic business,the marketization mechanism of investment business and the legalization mechanism of government relations. |
