Abstract:With the unceasing globalization development of MNEs' business, as well as continuous intensification of international competition, the managers of MNEs find that the strategy decisions they are faced with are becoming more complex, and they have been adjusting themselves in pace with global changes, implementing the global operating strategies, and working out new development strategies continuously to solve the problems encountered in the fast-changing world economy.This paper tries to establish a general model of entering the international market based on the study of the theories about the international market entry strategies as well as mode choices of MNEs. Meanwhile, through an analysis of Chinese enterprises in the international markets, explores the proper strategies and modes. At last, it probes into how Chinese enterprises an further develop the tactics and measures in dealing with the international market.
