This paper,from the angle of image-creation and image eduction of college students,makes an in-depth analysis of the necessity of image education of college students,the present favorable condition and measures that should be adopted.In the light of the characters of China's tourist industry and tourism institutions of higher learning,the author holds that image education should,first and foremost,be carried out in tourism institutions of higher learning.
