| Abstract: | This paper summarized the common problems of the nationalized small and medium-sized coal mine in aspect of appraising of the staff's effectiveness, through the analysis on the nationalized small and medium-sized coal mine enterprises, it put forward some idiographic resolving measures to the problems,ho- ping those can be inspired to the construction of appraising of the staff's effectiveness in the nationalized small and medium-sized coal mine. |
