股权激励与上市公司绩效的实证研究

本文通过对2008年9月30日前在我国境内上海、深圳股票交易所上市且施行了股权激励的63个样本公司进行实证检验，综合运用对配对样本T值检验法、因子分析法、回归分析法，检验上市公司股权激励前后各项财务指标有无明显变动，以V的分值作为衡量公司业绩的综合值，引入控制变量，用最小二乘法对企业业绩和股权激励相关性进行整体回归，并进一步分析是否因采用不同激励标的物、不同股权激励比例对经营绩效产生差异。
