| 摘 要： | 对于房地产投资决策问题，尝试用模糊聚类分析和模糊贴近度的方法解决房地产投资决策的问题，并且结合实例对两种方法应用的效果和不足进行了研究。结果表明，应用模糊数学方法能较好地解决房地产的投资决策问题。

| Abstract: | To resolve the problem of investment decision making in real estate,Fuzzy clustering analysis and Fuzzy similarity scale are applied in this paper.Advantages and disadvantages of these methods are discussed in detail.Numerical examples show that the methods proposed by this paper can successfully solve the problem of investment decision in real estate. |
