制药企业研发人员的管理

摘    要:制药企业竞争日趋激烈,必须对研发人员进行有效的管理,才能在市场中立于不败之地。首先分析了制药行业企业研发人员的构成与特点及管理的现状与原因;接着分别从人员招聘、培训、绩效管理、激励体系、薪酬管理、人力资源保护和职业生涯规划七个方面进行分析研究。最后,得出制药企业研发人员的合理有效的管理措施。

Abstract:The competition among pharmaceuticals is being more competitive. In order to be always successful in the market, we must manage the researchers effectively. First, this article analyzes researchers’ composition ,the characteristics and the present management situation and reasons in the pharmaceuticals. Then it separately analyzes seven parts :recruitment,training,performance management,incentive system,salary management,human resource protection and professional career planning. At last, researchers' effective management measures are obtained.
