| 摘 要： | 文章运用新经济学理论及其分析问题的方法,对影响人力资源转化的主要因素进行研究,针对股份制企业激励制度存在的问题,分别从物质激励的构建、员工参与、管理制度设计、精神激励的构建、员工奖惩制度设计、完善绩效考核制度等6个方面进行了探讨,期望有利于推动股份制企业人才激励制度的建立。

| Abstract: | This paper studied principal factor of transforming talents resource by new econonics theory and analysis way.It probed into how to to transform human resource by the following:con-stitution of matter inspiriting,employee involvement,design of management system,constitution of genius inspiriting,design of encouragement and punish system,perfecting performance check system.It is helpful for constituting talent inspiriting system in stock enterprise. |
