| Abstract: | The direction of the reform of commercial bank is a strategic combination and an objective requirement of commercial batik development. Now the property rights system has become clearer, company management structure has been set up. Many problems, such as risk operation, management skills, assets management, organization vitality, information system financial tails etc, will be studied and solved. Chinese commercial banks with times features will surely have a brighr future. |
