对传统政府供给公共物品模式的质疑

政府的主要职能应是提供公共物品，但公共物品却并非只能由政府来提供。政府直接供给公共物品面临诸多困境，如政府的经济人特征、有限理性、信息不对称以及如何由个人效用函数得出社会的福利函数及政府自身低效率等问题。与此同时，政府部门生产缺乏竞争机制和监督机制及多重代理特征决定其效率低下难以克服。

Questions to Models of Public Goods Supplied by Traditional Government

Government's main function should be providing the public goods,but the public goods actually by no means would only be provided by the government.There're many difficulties exists in providing public goods by government directly,such as government's economic man characteristic,limited rationality,information asymmetry and how to deduce society's wel-fare function from individual utility function and government's low efficiency.Meanwhile,government's low efficiency which arose from lacking competence system and supervision and features of multi-agent is difficultly overcome.
