地方高校金融专业教学中数理分析能力的强化与培养

我国地方高校在金融专业的教学过程中普遍不重视数理运用与分析能力的培养，导致金融专业的教学过于偏向理论和宏观，无法满足金融行业的现实需求。文章揭示金融专业教学中数理教学的不足和存在的问题，提出充分重视高等数学基础课与专业数学的衔接问题；强化金融数学相关课程的设置；建立学生参与研发与商业化的教学机制等措施，在金融专业教学中强化和培养学生的数理分析能力。

An Analysis of Training the Capacity of Mathematical Analysis in Financial Teaching in Local Colleges

The training of mathematical analysis and operational capability in the teaching process of financial education has been persistently neglected by the local colleges,and the teaching is over - theoretical and macroscop-ic,so the students are less able to satisfy the demands of financial industry. This paper revealed the problem and in-sufficiency in mathematical teaching and put forward suggestions to pay proper attention of the connection bewteen the basic courses of higher mathematics and professional mathematics. Accordingly,the curriculum should be adjus-ted;actions of building the education system of the students participate in the research and commercialization should be taken to train the students’capacity of mathematical analysis in financial teaching.
