| 摘 要： | 近年来,技术创新成为科技型企业发展的核心关键。文章分析了技术创新在科技型中小企业中的重要性,探索性的发现科技型中小企业技术创新存在的障碍因素,提出拓宽融资渠道、建立人才激励机制、完善创新管理体系等解决对策,以改进科技型中小企业技术创新存在的问题。

| Abstract: | In recent years, high - tech industry plays an increasing significant role in the development of the national economy in different technological businesses. Technology innovation is the key for high - tech enterprises. This paper explores found existing obstacle factors in the technological innovation of SMEs and proposes the corre- spond nels, establishing talent to improve the issues of SME technology innovation, such as broadening the financing chan- incentive mechanism, and perfecting the innovation management system, etc. |
