| Abstract: | As a new force and an important reserve force of the grassroots central banks talent pool, the phe- nomenon of the youth talent loss has become increasingly serious. This paper objectively analyzes the current situa- tion, the causes of dominant and recessive, and the negative effects of the grassroots central banks＇ youth talent loss, putting forward strategies such as identifying the talents by effective recruitment, retaining the talents by incentive mechanism, training the Talents by Development plan. etc. |
