| 摘 要： | 目前我国金融学专业本科人才的协同创新培养模式尚处于起步阶段,在本科教育过程中往往忽视了实践素质的培养,校企和校地合作过程中缺乏长效和深度合作机制。文章从现实问题出发,深入剖析了校企合作过程中存在的缺陷和不足,并从校地、校企协同创新战略联盟的角度给出了相应的对策建议。

| Abstract: | At present,in undergraduate program, the Collaborative Innovation of financial training mode just is start - up phase. The financial undergraduate program usually neglects the cultivation of practicing. The cooperation between university and enterprises is short of the long and deep mechanism. This article describes the major imper- fection of cooperation between university and enterprises, and points out the necessity and advice of strategic alli- ance of collaborative innovation. |
