关于推行外贸代理制的问题

由于我国入世在即，并且许多企业现倾向于自营进出口，于是有观点认为外贸代理制已不适应我国外贸和经济的发展，专业外贸公司将退出历史舞台。此种观点，值得商榷。本文分析了专业外贸公司及外贸代理制存在和发展的必要性，并探讨了目前推行外贸代理制的障碍与制约因素，在此基础上提出消除制约因素的几点建议。

This article analyzes the necessarily of the existence and development of specialized foreign trade company and foreign trade agency system, meanwhile, the factors that impede the practice with foreign trade agency are also mentioned. On this base, the author put out some suggestions on clearing up the conditional factors.
