扶优扶强,实施非均衡发展——阜阳市优势农产品规模基地建设的调查与分析

阜阳市为贯彻农业部和安徽省政府关于优势农产品区域布局规划，采取积极措施，实施优势农产品规模基地建设，取得了较好的初步成效，本文对阜阳市实施优势农产品规模基地建设实施措施、制约因素以厦今后建设的工作重点进行了深入分析。认为建立优势农产品规模基地是发挥比较优势、提高农业竞争力、促进农业发展，提高农民收入的重要抓手和有效的现实的途径。

Supporting Advantageous Agricultural Products and Strong Agricultural Industry to Promote Economic Il-equipotential Development——A case study of the establishing of scale bases for advantageous agricultural products in Fuyang City

Fuyang city has taken vigorous measures to establish scale bases for advantageous agricultural products and achieved comparatively good effects till now. This paper reports a detailed analysis of the significance and implementing measures of, and constraints on, the establishing of scale bases for advantageous agricultural products in Fuyang City as well as some in-depth reflections on the foci of work in its future development. It was argured in this paper that the effort to establish scale bases for advantageous agricultural products is an important means to accelerate agricultural development by bringing its advantages into play and increasing the competitiveness of agricultural industry so as to raise the farmers' income.
