本文以语言学相关理论为依据,对语用学合作原则之准则进行分析,同时对在涉外商务谈判中人们对于合作原则的故意偏离现象开展阐述和探讨.涉外商务谈判是国际商务活动的重要组成部分,其目的是达成交易条件,达到共赢.因此,对于以活跃气氛、提高效率等积极方向为指引的对合作原则的故意偏离,我们势必要引起注意,并适当借鉴.本文还根据"偏离"现象提出了相关语用策略以服务于商务谈判.
