基于价值链的现代服务企业知识管理模型研究

摘    要:知识经济时代的到来使得企业的竞争优势越来越依赖于难以仿制的知识,知识管理成为企业培育和创造比竞争对手更强的竞争优势,实现可持续性发展的重要途径。从科技知识、信息技术、管理理念的角度对现代服务企业的知识框架进行分析,从现代服务企业的高知识性、业务复合性、工作协同性,指出知识管理对现代服务企业创新与发展的重要性。以价值链理论为框架,以知识管理的过程理论和认知理论为基础,构建了现代服务企业的知识管理模型。该模型的基本活动包括知识获取、知识使用、知识存储、知识传播四个过程,支持活动包括企业文化、组织结构、业务流程、技术支持等四个方面,转化活动包括显性知识的内部化和隐性知识的外部化。现代服务企业结合自身的业务特点,通过基本活动、支持活动、转化活动的协同作用,实现知识资源的优化配置,最终形成企业的核心竞争力。

Abstract:With the arrival of knowledge economy, the competitive advantage of enterprise increasingly depends on inimitable knowledge. Knowledge management has become an important way of enterprises to train and create competitive advantages and achieve sustainable development. The knowledge framework of modern service enterprises is analyzed from the point of view of the scientific and technological knowledge, information technology, management concept. The importance of knowledge management to the innovation and development of modern services enterprises is pointed out from the high knowledge, business compound, cooperative work of modern service enterprises. Based on the value chain theory, the process theory of knowledge management and cognition theory, a knowledge management model of modern service enterprise is built. The model's basic activities include the four processes of knowledge acquisition, knowledge use, knowledge storage, knowledge dissemination. The model's support activities include the four aspects of enterprise culture, organizational structure, business processes, technical support. The model's transformation activities include the internalization of explicit knowledge and externalization of tacit knowledge. From the characteristics of own's business, modern service enterprises achieve the optimal allocation of knowledge resources through the synergy of basic activities, support activities, transformation activities, and ultimately form the core competitiveness of enterprises.
