摘    要:关键问题是指每个工程的薄弱部位。本文论述了在大坝安全监控专家系统中,应用关键问题概念建立观测资料分析和评判的方法,阐述了关键问题评判的主要内容,以及应用模糊理论对关键问题进行量化的框架和量化标准,此外,给出了应用关键问题进行成因分析的流程,最后给出应用此方法的范例。

Abstract:The concept of key-problem is introduced to establish the analysis and appraisal method of monitoring data in expert system for dam safety monitoring. In this paper, key-problem means the location of weakness in dams. The appraisal method is consisted of several working steps including the determination of weakness location, analysis on abnormal phenomena of structure, and analysis on abnormal data reflecting the weakness in the dam. The frame for quantification of the key-problem with fuzzy logic and quantitative standard of key-problem are proposed. An example of application is given.
