| 摘 要： | 法的目的价值反映着法律创制和实施的宗旨，构成了法律所追求的社会理想和社会目的．是保证一部法律系统性、统一性和科学性的前提条件。我国婚姻立法在不断完善的过程中依然存在缺陷，从法的目的价值角度对我国婚姻家庭法律制度中存在的问题进行探讨。
