| 摘 要： | 国际产业转移包括国外直接投资和对外贸易两种主要方式。文章以我国1983—2006年的数据，对第二产业比例、国外直接投资和对外贸易进行协整检验和格兰杰（Granger）因果检验。研究表明，第二产业比例、国外直接投资和对外贸易之间存在长期均衡关系，而且，国外直接投资和对外贸易是第二产业比例的Granger原因。因此，国际产业转移对我国产业结构调整具有重要影响。

| Abstract: | The international industrial shifts comprise of two alternative means: Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) and Foreign Trade (FT). Using the data from 1983-2006 of China, this paper investigates the relationship between the ratio of secondary industry, FDI and FT by the methods of co-integration test and Granger causality test.
