| 摘 要： | 随着我国农电管理体制改革的深入,农电企业得到了快速发展.但现行农电管理体制还存在一些问题,已无法满足经济发展对农电提出的更高要求,不能适应构建和谐农村电力的需要.深化农电管理体制改革已成为农电工作的重点.本文就如何深化农电管理体制改革、构建和谐农村电力提出几点建议.

| Abstract: | With the deepening of rural power management system reform,rural power supply utilities developed quickly. But some problems still exist in current rural power institutional system,which can't meet higher requirements of economic development and constructing the harmonious rural electric power. Therefore,deepening rural power supply institutional reform has become the key task of rural electric power. The paper puts forward some suggestions about how to deepen the reform and construct harmonious rural electric power. |
