| 摘 要： | 从价值工程的概念与原理出发,简述了用价值工程进行施工项目成本控制的过程,并对项目成本各组成部分进行分析,阐述各部分价值分析的重点在于提高项目各部分成本的使用价值,降低项目成本,增加项目价值。为施工项目的成本控制提供了有力的依据。
