摘    要:对钻杆泄漏事故进行了调查研究,对纵向开裂的双台肩NC50钻杆内螺纹接头样品的化学成分,机械性能。全相组织和断口形貌进行了全面试验分析,对钻杆在井下的工作条件和受力状况进行了分析研究,认为接头纵向开裂的原因主要是钻桔接头在斜井段与井壁式套管相摩产生摩擦裂纹所致。

Causal Analysis of Vertical Fracture of the Rifled Connection of NC50 Double-shouldered Drill Pipe
Abstract:An investigation was made into a drill pipe leakage accident. An experimental analysis was made of the chemical composition, mechanical performance, metallographic structure, and fracture appearance of the sample of the vertically-cracked rifled connection of NC50 double-shouldered drill pipe. An examination was made of the down-hole working conditions for and the forces borne by the drill pipe. It was concluded that the vertical fracture of the connection was mainly caused by the frictional crack between the connection and the borehole wall or casing pipe in the slant well.
