| Abstract: | In the recent ten years, the research on herding behavior has become a great concerned point in financial economics. This paper first introduced the conception of herding behavior, then systemically reviewed the theoretic research results about herding behavior, finally it put forward the prospects of future research development of herding behavior in financial markets. |
