中国本土跨国企业文化差异问题研究

摘    要:经济全球化已经成为当今世界的主流。随着我国市场开放程度不断加深,越来越多的跨国企业正以前所未有的深度融入我国市场体系。然而,跨国经营中的文化差异问题不可避免地对跨国企业的经营带来了相应的负面冲击。本文通过对文化差异的表现及影响的分析,着重指出跨国企业可以通过文化认同、跨文化交流、本土化宣传等策略进行跨文化管理,以期实现完善市场体系、提高企业整体实力的经营目标。

Abstract:Economy globalization has become a worldwide trend today.With the Chinese markets further opening around the world,more and more foreign companies join in the Chinese market system quickly.However,different cultures inevitably bring negative challenges to foreign companies in operating process.By analyzing the performances and the influences of different cultures this paper points out culture identity,cross-culture communication and culture localization as the proper policy to deal with culture problems.
