| 摘 要： | 我党引智理论是对马克思主义引智思想中国化的最新理论成果,开创了我党引进国外智力的超越阶段,形成了今天各有特色的全国引智之窗,在经济建设、政治建设、文化建设和社会建设以及生态建设中发挥着独特的作用。引智项目有效支持了创新型国家的建设、推动了区域协调发展并以国际化的视角推动了社会主义新农村建设。
